PRINTING GUIDELINES
MIX & MATCH
Any calendars within the same print group can be mixed to obtain the bulk price rate, as long as multiples are in 25s, with no copy or plate changes. Calendars can be mixed between different print groups to obtain the bulk price, with extra charge per different group. Desk Calendars & Commercial Calendars cannot be mixed with Pictorial Calendars, to gain bulk price.
PRINT COLOUR
Prices are inclusive of printing the advertisement in ONE standard print colour of BLACK, CALENDAR RED, WARM RED, PROCESS BLUE, REFLEX BLUE, PANTONE GREEN, or GREEN PMS 347. Matched Pantone colours are chargeable at extra cost.
PROOFS
Prices are inclusive of printing the advertisement in ONE standard print colour of BLACK, CALENDAR RED, WARM RED, PROCESS BLUE, REFLEX BLUE, PANTONE GREEN, or GREEN PMS 347. Matched Pantone colours are chargeable at extra cost.
PACKAGING
Large format (B3) calendars, and Pictorial desk calendars include within the price individual insertion into ‘recycled’ board mailers. All other calendars are supplied with loose, not inserted ‘recycled’ manila envelopes. Insertion is charged at 10p per calendar. For A3 pictorial range & postage saver calendars upgrade from manila to board mailers for 15p per calendar.
LEAD TIME
Despatch for calendars usually takes 4 - 6 weeks, wall planners 8 weeks, all from receipt of order and / or acceptable artwork for SINGLE colour jobs. Multiple colour jobs require extra time.
PRINTING
Unless specified otherwise, all jobs will be printed at 85dpi. Overprinting at 150dpi - please note that there will be an additional charge for this service. Please phone for a quote.
ORDERS
To help us help you, please clearly state quantity, number of pages of calendar, full title of calendar, plus colour of ink(s) required, quoting either standard colours or pantone colours. Please print or type all copy to avoid costly mistakes made in transmission. Errors will not be our responsibility.
CARRIAGE COSTS
All prices are subject to carriage charges, please see main price list for carriage to UK destinations. Additional costs incurred for carriage to ie: Eire, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Scottish Islands & Northern Ireland. Please include full post code for dispatch address.
UNDERS
Any calendars spoilt in production will be deducted accordingly.
RESERVATIONS
Accepted in writing only. Reservations will be held until 14th October, after which order will be cancelled.
CANCELLATIONS
Will be charged at a cost, unless it has been completed, in which case the full price is chargable.
CLOSING DATE
Closing date for single colour pre Christmas delivery jobs is 14th November, subject to capacity.
MULTI COLOUR JOBS
Please note: The deadline for multi colour, or Pantone print colours is 14th October.

All prices subject to VAT at the current rate.
PAYMENT TERMS
If you have an existing credit account with you distributor, goods will be invoiced at point of despatch, payment terms strictly 30 days net. Please note that clauses in the Banking and Financial Dealings Act allow the Government to alter Bank Holiday dates at short notice. Specifications subject to change without notice E. & O.E.
